Don can provide a full range of professional surveying advice, most often in connection with matters arising from the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, but also regarding structural analysis and dispute resolution. He can also provide additional key information for Building Control purposes.

Don provides a rapid response to our customersÕ request, specifically relating to Party Wall Matters, he is an expert in understanding the requirements of the Party Wall Act and can provide advice regarding the need to issue Notices and the appointment of a surveyor in the event of dispute from the neighbours.

Don will make an analytical appraisal of our customerÕs building issues and provide our customers with the available options to remove a potential obstacle and move the build project forward.
